How it works

  1. Companies create an internship listing with clear deliverables, stipend, and dates.
  2. Admin reviews each listing; only approved roles go live.
  3. Students apply with a cover letter (150+ words) and optional GPA context.
  4. Companies review, shortlist, interview, and accept one candidate.
  5. On completion, companies confirm deliverables; students get a letter.
